I was debating between this and the Hisense HS2100 I was getting for my grandfather. When plugged in, I find the sound comparable and the price is similar. At my grandfather's house we were struggling with where to put the subwoofer, so we opted for the Hisense which has it in it, otherwise we would have got this Sencor as well. I'm quite sorry about the lack of any cable in the package for digital connection. I have connected via fiber optics and everything is perfectly fine. For me, I can recommend it to anyone who wants a cheap solution to better TV sound.
For a price under 2K, on sale, it plays pretty awesome
