The instruction manual, or rather the sail, is completely unsatisfactory. Not in content, but in size and opacity. It just spoils the satisfaction of a very decent product.
So far little experience, but everything done excellent
Edit: within 3 months, the Teflon surface starts to disintegrate on its own. Alza has replaced 3 pots for us in succession. All new without defect, all Teflon surface gone. No scratches, just burnt out. Alza refunded the money, which is great. A pity though, because otherwise it worked well.
