The overall impression of the device is very good, most users will probably not even notice the mentioned negatives. I did not test the CD player and analog inputs and outputs at all. If the manufacturer had completed the firmware and features, I dare say that it would be a perfect device in this category with no competition. But developing bug-free firmware is an impossible task for most manufacturers these days. Surely this system would deserve a FW revision.

Czech, in ID3 tags it can easily handle Czech characters and most Cyrillic-azbuk (Bulgarian, Serbian, Macedonian, Russian, Belarusian, Ukrainian, Mongolian, Kyrgyz and Tatar), it can't handle a few special characters of Bashkir, Chuvash and Chechen Cyrillic, Vietnamese (for inter. of radios displays Vietnamese, but due to the number of characters with accents not tested all)
From the USB it was able to play all MP3 files and some audio AAC, M4A, MP4 with codecs mpeg AAC audio, mpeg layer1/2 (what does not play can be bypassed by playing from PC/TBL/TEL via BT audio and can of course play everything that is capable of PC/TBL/TEL resp. SW decode in it)
Screamy red and black speaker cables (there are cables with non-interference polarity resolution) only 1.4m long
System and remote control printed in glossy grey on black background=poor contrast, illegible in dim light
The controller slips out of your hand (no stop or recess at the top)
Cannot adjust bass or treble, only switch between 6 equalizer profiles (none of the profiles can be edited)
The USB input does not display the album image (a great pity given the size of the display)

USB input does not correctly display the song title in Cyrillic (only the first word in the first space)
FM presets do not contain the station name, only the frequency, even if the name is available in RDS
in ID3 tags or Internet radio, it does not handle Arabic, Georgian, Chinese, etc. (the characters it cannot display are replaced by a question mark), for internet radio, I would expect most language sets to be displayed, especially at a time when you can translate everything with a camera phone...some station names are composed of question marks only
When power is restored (after a power failure), the time is not set unless you have a modem or router powered from the UPS (the device will try to connect to wifi after power is restored and only once, the problem is that it will make this attempt before each modem/router boots, i.e. at a time when the internet connection is not yet available). Setting an alarm so no one gets woken up
