This capsule coffee maker is a total blast because I can make any brand of coffee I'm craving in it. It works absolutely reliably, heats up in a minute and the coffee tastes really great. We had the pleasure of a small multifunction coffee maker, but after 3 months of use I would like to return it. When the coffee is finished brewing, a large amount of water remains in the capsule holder. Everything is then dripped and poured. Dolce Gusto capsules cannot be used to prepare e.g. cocoa or milk drinks, because again a lot of water remains outside the capsule and the powder that is supposed to flavour the drink remains undissolved in the capsule. The amount of water coming out of the coffee capsules themselves is different - compared to a true Nespresso machine, 1/3 less water comes out of the largest cup. "Real" capsule coffee machines seem to blow out the water residue, and that is missing here. Overall, a big disappointment

I am writing a review after a week of testing/about 20 prepared coffees. Switching on the machine requires a grip, which I haven't quite figured out yet, but personally it worked well for me to insert the capsule, secure it with the "handle" and the coffee maker immediately started heating up without a problem. Tested 2 types of Nespresso capsules - the resulting coffee met expectations Minor complaint about Dolce Gusto capsules - only one drink tested, so no idea what the other types, however the scale on the box (number of lines) does not correspond to the scale on the machine. The corresponding amount for the preparation of the drink was one degree higher on the device. Verdict: I'd buy again. A small, maintenance-free, foolproof joy machine for a solid penny. (bought in BF)
