This is my first steam cleaner, but I am very satisfied. I was worried that it would be too heavy, as some reviews said, but I don't have that feeling. On the other hand, I like the large water tank capacity, other cleaners have even half of it.
This is our first steam cleaner, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I was still pleasantly surprised. It is easy to use and quite straightforward. Thanks to the wide range of accessories, it can be used for practically everything. Some reviews state that it is heavier which doesn't seem to me or my partner (we have a stick vacuum cleaner and it is definitely heavier). Also, the hose doesn't seem so stiff that it would bother anyone, at least you don't have to worry about it bursting right away. Personally, I would recommend using distilled water at least 1:1 with tap water. I am very satisfied with the product, it cleaned even the dirt so that things like the sink are like new. Time will tell, but at the moment I can highly recommend it.
