After my experience with a warranty claim, I would not recommend it.
It was OK while it worked
as Alza themselves state, a high percentage of complaints at 5.5%
Somehow water got into the robot and damaged the motherboard, so the appliance had to be thrown out - the warranty claim was rejected.
The button stopped responding during the programme and the robot never recovered, so it's ready for the bin.

A waste of money. Unfortunately, my hypothesis was confirmed – the product can't properly clean windows even if they're only slightly dirty with just fine smudges. The device only uses water, so it basically works on the principle of water and a cloth. However, that's simply not enough to actually clean a window. I read that it's a good idea to wash the window first before using the robot. In that case, however, the whole point of a robotic window cleaner is lost. I'd like to return it, but since it was a gift for my wife, I bought it several weeks in advance. Unfortunately, about 6 weeks have now passed since the purchase. I recommend avoiding this product by a very wide margin.
The cable is long enough, even for large windows.

Amazing helper
I was a bit sceptical about how well it would grip, as I live on a higher floor, but I can confirm that it’s completely safe
I have four sliding glass panels on my balcony, and it’s difficult to clean them more often because I have to take them off, but it’s even harder to put them back on – they’re heavy. That was why I wanted this robot.
As for the smudges that have already been mentioned in the reviews. I haven’t had my windows cleaned for four months, so I don’t expect the result to be 100 per cent. I do have some smudges, but they’re not that noticeable, and I’m sure they’ll disappear once I clean it more often. Following the instructions, I used only dry cloths to remove the dust during the first clean. The next time I washed up, I forgot about it and the dishwasher was spraying water, which is probably what caused the streaks. I would therefore recommend keeping an eye on the water level in the machine when cleaning very dirty glasses for the first time.
The noise level is what you’d expect from a vacuum cleaner, and I was worried it might disturb the neighbours. The windows are washed quite quickly, and I don’t think it’ll bother them too much.
I place the robot in the centre; it then moves upwards and starts cleaning neatly, moving from one side to the other, all the way down, before returning to the centre and beeping to indicate it’s finished.
The corners he can’t reach are small and easy to polish.
It really does work well when the cleaning surface has no edges.
It takes a bit of getting the hang of it, but otherwise it’s an absolutely brilliant household helper.

There is no indication of how much water to pour into the food processor. So don’t fill the water bottle provided all the way to the top – it will overflow. I don’t have an exact estimate yet, but probably about half a bottle, then top it up. You just have to get the hang of it. It’s no trouble at all, as far as I’m concerned.
