Quality brand, I have a couple of them already and they last a long time, but this particular piece/model has a noisy fan. For the price, I would expect there to be a better one that doesn't growl. It's not suitable for a completely silent computer.
The power supply can run Ryzen5 5600 and AMD RX 6650 XT with common peripherals without any problems. In particular, I appreciate the sufficiently long CPU power cable, which comes in handy when building a computer, where it is ideal to connect it before the board is seated in the case, so that you do not have to operate in a small space in the corner.
