I confess that the first proper deployment took 3 hours. The casing is about 1 cm smaller than the rim, so throwing it over the rim = 1 broken mounting pin and 1 bent mounting pin, but the worse was yet to come: ...it won't fit in the heel and it'll slip. After hours I read on some obscure forum that Schwalbe needs to be painted with soapy water and blown over the max and then it will fit into the bead. It was a struggle, but the soapbox really worked and the rubber now sticks in the bead so I'm changing the rims next time: -). Buy it don't forget to soak it with soap.
