Sliding it on and off is no problem, but both I and my brother have an issue with air leaking out after a while. It only takes a few days for the tyre to lose even 50% of its air, so I have to top it up to the correct pressure at least every week, which wasn't the case with the original standard valves.
Additionally, the extended valve is very prone to breaking (especially when you have to inflate it every week), which makes it impossible to repair a puncture (we didn't have a complete spare valve with us).
