After some of the reviews I was a bit worried about how the bike would assemble, but the brakes and derailleur were adjusted, I just adjusted the position of the brake pads when mounting the front wheel, mounted the saddle, pedals and reflectors, lined up and tightened the handlebars and was done in less than half an hour.
