I switched from the nvidia 1660ti graphics card and I have to say that I'm really looking forward to it, games that I had a problem keeping fps or I had to play at the lowest details, so currently I'm above peace even in demanding games. I got familiar with AMD app after one day, I like it even more than Nvidia. It has a great design, only someone can solve the size, fortunately I have a large box 😆 Maximum happened to me a couple of times that I just froze PC and I had to restart, but it does not have to be the gpu even if I upgredoval everything. For the price I recommend it if you want to have peace of mind for a few more years 😆
Unfortunately, my unit of the Sapphire Nitro+ proved to be unstable. The card constantly causes 'Driver Timeout' errors and critical system crashes during gaming (PUBG, Elden Ring, RDR2, Baldur's Gate 3). There is also noticeable coil whine under load (which wasn't a deal breaker for me, but worth noting).
I performed a complete system diagnostic: my Kingston RAM was tested via MemTest86 (0 errors at 6000MT/s), and I performed clean driver installations using several different versions... My previous card, an XFX Mercury RX 7800 XT, works perfectly in this same PC (Ryzen 9 7900X, GIGABYTE B650M AORUS ELITE AX, NZXT 850W PSU) without any issues. It is obvious that the problem lies specifically with the hardware of this new graphics card. I am returning it after five days of troubleshooting instead of actually enjoying the product.
I was switching from the RX7800XT I sold and upgraded to the RX9070XT. The increase in performance is noticeable. Second card from Sapphire and satisfaction. I don't hear any unwanted whistling, but I can be deafened at high frequencies. 😃
Backplate and wiring solution, for me cleverly solved. The card is really a kitten and gives a very good impression. I can recommend it.
