The washer is great, I have a small bathroom, and the combo of dryer and washer is literally a lifechanger. I appreciate the smart features and the fact that the washing machine reminds me to take out the laundry. The dryer dries great beyond expectations, only the first few weeks there was a "burnt" smell after drying, but nothing terrible. The automatic detergent and fabric softener dispenser is great.
On the other hand, the washing machine "suffers" from an exaggerated pessimism when estimating the washing time. So I suffer mostly because the washing machine cuts two hours short, and finishes two hours early, and then sends me a warning to take the clothes out.
It also occasionally "eats" socks in the sense that the piece gets stuck behind the seal and doesn't wash out, but that's certainly not exclusive to this model. After many cycles there is also a layer of textile fibers around the seal after drying, but nothing that affects functionality and that can't be cleaned.
Probably the biggest problem I've noticed with the bounciness of the washer, due to it being poorly balanced. So I recommend to set the feet correctly, so that the washing machine does not move, otherwise Tatramatka rag.
