So far everything is working, hopefully it will last longer than the warranty period. It is quite quiet, it washes clothes, wringing is great (compared to Tatramatka), it can do a lot of programs, which as a nerd I appreciate, but I use one or two (sports clothes - other clothes), I would rather appreciate the function of hedging children's clothes around the apartment and pairing socks. So far there is nothing to complain about, when I find the Rx and Tx connectors I will get it into HomeAsisstent.

I was buying a washing machine for my mom.
As a "guide and trainer": so far, my mom has only complained about the touch control buttons. This is the current trend, but especially for older people, the lack of feedback can be unpleasant. Especially "holding the button" when starting up when she didn't know if it was pressed was "weird" for her. Maybe some beeping would solve that?
After the first power-up, a calibration is performed and then a short control guide. Meanwhile, the control part triggers every time I turn on the washing machine - I don't know if it stops after a few times, but I don't really mind - at least she'll learn to deal with it: ) As a "plumber": everything went fine here. I was a bit puzzled that in the instructions there were 5 locking screws and on the washing machine only the top 3 and in the bag with accessories 4 plugs. But that's just trivia.
Worse was moving into the bathroom where we have 60 doors. In its normal state, it just won't go through that door (in another review, the gentleman says it does, but it just doesn't). I measured the washing machine and it is approximately 60cm wide and about 62cm deep. The door is a bit over 60 cm, maybe even 61, but with the weight and dimensions of the washing machine I simply didn't pull it through - I would have scraped something.
I eventually dismantled the washing machine door, which fortunately protrudes from the profile of the washing machine, and then with a spare bathroom door it came through. However, it's not entirely easy to remove - you need to use a spanner. I'm sure a screwdriver wouldn't do it, because the screws are sealed. Overall, I am as excited about the washing machine as my mom is!

After 5 years of using the Samsung WW90M649OPM/ZE washing machine, it started making strange noises. With difficulty, I located the Samsung call center, where a nice lady promised to call me back within 48 hours. It was a Friday, so I'd be fine if they called me on Monday. However, they didn't call me until Wednesday but by then I had already made arrangements with an independent service in our town because otherwise I might as well wait until Christmas.
A couple of days later, we had a technician who diagnosed the faulty bearing and said that it was not possible to repair it on the spot. Unfortunately, the workshop found another problem and the cost of the repair was unprofitable given the price of a new washing machine.
I was looking for a new one right away and I was quite annoyed that I had to buy a new connecting spacer for the Samsung dryer, which Alza unfortunately didn't have in stock. So I went elsewhere.
Washing machine ordered on Friday, delivered and installed on Sunday. I applaud!
Unfortunately, the first time I washed it, the supply hose leaked. Luckily, I still had the hose from the old washing machine. The complaint was processed within minutes. After the phone call, I just sent the photo documentation and a short time later I had an email in my inbox with a link to a new hose that would be reimbursed.
I hope that these initial hardships will be redeemed by the reliable service of the new washing machine, whose operation is very simple and easy to understand.
