After almost a year of use, I can say that I really made a good choice. It is perfect for what I expect and need from a backpack. It also has its drawbacks, especially for example, I find it difficult to put a box of food in it for work, and the shopping can' t fit in it, but I didn' t buy it for that.

key carabiner (but it' s harder to open, it' s a job for two hands)
after some time, the lower corners of the black leatherette frayed (which, of course, has no effect on the function at all, it' s just a reflection of the fact that I leave the backpack on a chair or on the ground)
the backpack is not flexible in the sense of any stretch/adjustment to what you carry inside (you just can' t put potatoes in it because it holds its shape)
it' s a little heavier, so if you fill it to the max, it' s quite pronounced
