If you want to start somewhere and don't want to invest a lot of money straight away, this set is great. The quality is obviously very poor, but you can sharpen something with it. The coarsest stone is so smooth that it won't even true the blade after 20 minutes of sharpening, so for anything that isn't in practically perfect condition, you'll need to use something more "aggressive". On top of that, I can't for the life of me get the stones flat, so they're no longer straight. I've maybe sharpened 8 knives with them. For someone who knows they want to sharpen by hand and isn't just trying it out, it's unusable.

Good set for trying out.
The coarsest 400 grit is as smooth as 1000 grit after just a few sharpenings.
The 3000 one crumbles completely and is unusable from the start.
The levelling stone doesn't abrade at all, and you can't flatten anything with it.

The advantage of this set is the price and the contents of the package. When I subtract the price of the stone holder, 2 stones, the lapping paste and the piece of leather, which is probably synthetic, the leftover bits are basically free. In the long term, the price of this product is better than on Temu. That's why I'm giving it a full 4 stars. I'm knocking one star off because both stones have cracks.
The price is the biggest (hopefully not the only) advantage.
Delivery speed (compared to China)
The stones wear out quickly
you have to rearrange the stones often

A tool for maintaining the angle when sharpening chisels and other blades.

It’s probably a good knife-sharpening set, but it doesn’t come with even basic instructions for use.
Information can be found in the video tutorial on YouTube for similar products. Could there at least have been a link to a video tutorial on Alza?
A wide range of grit sizes for grinding stones
No instructions for use are included
No instructions are provided on how to use additional accessories for the grinding stones
The knife holder does not specify the angle at which the knife should be sharpened (15 or 20 degrees)

I'm not an expert, this is my first time sharpening, but for 7 kitchen knives it's almost too much. For the money, it's unbeatable, it does what it's supposed to, you just have to figure out how to do it.

For the price I didn't expect anything else but I had the urge to try it. It's a beginner's set and for those who want to stick with it, I recommend looking for better quality ceramic stones.
