But there is no need for an app, the scale of course weighs on the display as well. The app can send data to google fit. I went into the app settings on my phone and disabled it from accessing the internet, both mobile data and WiFi, the app works 😀 and no ads. So this is a workaround if you don't need to sync with Google fit 😉
