I'm upset, the whole bag was covered in some kind of product, I had to shower it all off. There's a small hole in the bottom of the cover! I hope the pellets weren't contaminated in some way. The transport companies should be targeted and appealed to. I think there will be a mess in the Alza box where one of the drivers put the bag of granules. If I didn't need the kibble for my cats I would return the whole bag rather than milt the product with some detergent or whatever it was
