I have experienced many vacuum cleaners, but this one is one of the worst vacuuming, after a short time, a clump of hair and dust forms in the motorized head, which prevents effective vacuuming of everything else - resp. it looks like it's vacuuming, but when you turn it off, all the heavier crap starts spilling out of the head and back onto the ground
the main head is not detachable, so it is not as easy to keep clean (and passable) as the higher series from this manufacturer
despite the advertised high suction power, the motorised head (if not completely clean) cannot cope with "heavier" dirt (small stones, staples, etc. )
if I'd figured out the cons sooner, I'd have returned it
