Rowenta never ever ever again. It was the second robo vacuum cleaner of this brand. The first one started to go bad after about a year and a half. Battery bad and the brush stopped spinning and overall lost vacuuming power. The complaint helped so half and so thanks to moving to a new apartment we got with better navigation and application - this one.
The app completely sucks. In two years maybe no update yes robot or app.

Already during the first use the battery capacity was about half of the announced capacity according to the app, but it was enough to vacuum a 3+1 apartment. Over time, the capacity decreased considerably, after 1.5 years it no longer sucks my apartment in one go. The mopping doesn't work too well from the beginning, the tank is basically useless, the rag doesn't get wet. So either I have to interrupt the vacuum cleaner and soak the cloth during the vacuuming process, or only the first room is a bit wiped, the rest is dry. Sometimes the vacuum cleaner started to do stupid things, it was impossible to send it to the marked place or it just spun somewhere etc. The formation of forbidden areas is absolutely unsatisfactory, where the smallest forbidden area is 1x1m². Summary: it's a good helper, but I'm sure there are better ones.
The negative is the approach of the Alza complaints department. Ronot stops vacuuming me out of nowhere, I have paid for the exchange service piece by piece, but the complaints department rejects the application on the grounds: insufficient maintenance of the device? Do Pic3 what maintenance? The vacuum cleaner sucks up and I dump it, what should we keep there? Is it JR car that I have to change the oil? You' re just lying to people. Disgusting.
