For the high price, you're mainly buying the range of accessories. The Rowenta has the best ergonomics. However, the accessories are stored on a wall mount. A shorter person will miss having a telescopic tube. It can also handle a filthy carpet, but the rotating brush does most of the work. However, it has its flaws. What bothers me the most is the noticeable delay between pressing the button and the motor actually starting, as well as the button's placement and how easily it can be pressed, which causes me to occasionally switch the vacuum off by accident. Before buying, it's good to know that the light on the nozzle isn't a laser, but just a little light that shows practically no dust on the floor and is basically useless. But for a quick once-over of any mess during the day, it works well.

Although I rate the suction power itself positively, I consider the design of some parts to be inadequate.
