I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and lightweight the hair dryer is (a huge difference from my old one). It holds well in the hand and does not hurt the hand even during longer blowing or other styling. I give a big plus for the smart setting according to hair type, where the hair dryer itself adjusts the temperature and power, so I don't have to worry about anything. My hair is also much smoother and shinier.
