I’ve already described the pros, and the vacuum cleaner is faultless
Unfortunately, after six months it stopped dispensing water; the complaint process took 30 days – well, actually 32, because when you put the item in question into an AlzaBox, the time limit doesn’t start running straight away, but only once an Alza technician has collected it a few days later – I didn’t know that, Next time, I’ll take it straight to the branch.
The problem was sorted by replacing it with a new one, but that took 30 days; you’d already thrown the old mop away, so you’ve been stuck with the vacuum cleaner for a month
It’s a great product, but it’s spent 20 per cent of its life in the workshop.
We’ve only had the hoover for a short while, but there’s nothing I can fault about it. It really does mop effectively – I wouldn’t have believed how much dirt there is at home. It will tell you itself when it needs to clean the mop head, empty the tank or, conversely, top up with clean water. It’s really easy to use, and I appreciate that I can easily mop a 100m² flat on a single charge
All in all, a brilliant household helper. Most of our floors are covered with local linoleum with a subtle pattern, in which dirt tends to accumulate even with regular vacuuming and mopping. When using a floor cleaner, the results are far better!
