What I appreciate most is that it vacuums and mops at the same time, so cleaning is much quicker. It copes well with everyday mess and spills, and the floor is really clean after it’s finished. The brush’s self-cleaning feature is brilliant too, so I don’t have to worry about washing it. It is easy to operate and handles well. The only downside is the higher price, but it’s worth it for the time saved and the convenience. I recommend it.

Someone wrote that it doesn’t reach right up to the wall – but in my experience it does, and it vacuums and mops everywhere except for really low furniture
Unfortunately, after less than a month, it started playing up, with a message appearing every two minutes saying there was no water in the tank, and it stopped mopping. However, this was resolved by replacing it immediately with a new one. That can happen; after all, it’s just electronics.
