The safe arrives locked with everything, including the instructions, inside.
The description states that you can open the safe with a key if you forget the code - there's no key with it, nor is it possible. I bought it for that reason. Then you read from the manufacturer that this type doesn't have a key, so it's a misleading description for nothing, and no one from Alza has commented on it.

deliver a sealed safe to a customer with no instructions, just a delivery note and worry about it?
