Disappointing on all counts - noisy, inefficient and structurally defective I purchased the product for its high performance and promised low noise. Unfortunately, I didn't get either. The lock of the hose adapter has a clearance of at least 2 mm along its entire height, which causes a very significant leak - some of the hot air flows immediately back into the intake. The airflow at the leak point is so strong that it significantly reduces the cooling efficiency and degrades the performance of the air conditioner. I consider this a design flaw, not a random "defective piece". What's more - without anti-vibration pads, the machine is virtually unusable, the vibrations resonate into the floor and the next room. I really didn't expect such a noisy unit in this price range. I'm in the process of resolving a complaint, but given the extent of the problems, I don't believe replacing it with the same model would make any difference.

My experience is not positive, in general I am satisfied with Rohnson products (we still have an air dryer and one air purifier and there maximum satisfaction), maybe I came across the wrong piece (this happens sometimes everywhere)
Relatively fast cooling but high consumption
The wheels for moving on a flat floor are great (it helps, the air conditioner is quite heavy)
Due to its power consumption, it does not give enough cooling power (sensationally).
She left after two months.
It's quite noisy
I may have just come across a piece, but I probably wouldn't buy it again.
Frost formed on the rear radiator, frequent emptying of the condensate (room conditions were kept at about 45-55% relative humidity)
The outlet for the condensate is just above the floor, unless you install a straight drain pipe in the floor, it often manages to wet the floor before you fit the hose.
The manual states that the air conditioner uses condensate to help cool the evaporator, but I would say that this should be fine-tuned, the air conditioner towards the end of its short life cycle required practically daily draining of condensate
The radiator temperature sensor is on top of the radiator, not in the front, the frost forms just from the bottom of the radiator, maybe changing the position of the radiator would improve the whole system.

I highly doubt it is 18000 BTU. It cools a room ~40m2 for only 1C over an hour on maximum power. It generates more noise than actually cools air unfortunately.
