I didn' t want a climate, I have a rhyme. This device blows cold air and you can let it flow on yourself and on a small child. We are quite saved by this, because we do not provide any climate. 👍🏻
do not freeze but cool

Simple cooler, blows cool air (warm air can't go anywhere like real air conditioning)
Mobility
Price/performance is ok
It is noisy about like a normal big fan, nothing terrible (I can watch movies alongside it)
Short cable
Handling of the water tank is not great
