Resolved with support and will probably go back. The stated comfort temperature of -9°C does not match the manufacturer's data on the sleeping bag packaging. There is a value of -3°C. I was advised not to even unpack the sleeping bag and to wait for the supplier's statement. I had to look for another solution for a weekend bivouac. There was an apology and understanding from the support. Let's see what the supplier does. But I'll probably return it and the withdrawal will be fulfilled.
