Jsme absolutně nadšení. Jde o náš první robotický vysavač a dlouho jsme váhali i vzhledem k ceně. Ale chtěli jsme kvalitní výrobek , který zvládne to,co od něj požadujeme. A to se splnilo. Jedním z kritérií byla výška vysavače, aby se vešel pod postele a gauč. Vysává precizně (mohu porovnat s levnější značkou, která to brala halabala). A mopování také není špatné. Ano zaschlé fleky to vždy napoprvé nevezme,ale když ho tam hned pošlete podruhé, kdy je místo ještě vlhké, tak se podaří. Jen nedoporučuji mopování na noc, trochu mě budil,když pral mopy :-). Aplikace funguje perfektně, nastavíte si co v jaké místnosti chcete i oblasti kam nesmí. Pak už jen sledujete, jak uklízí za vás. Na kartáče by se neměly namotávat vlasy,což mohu potvrdit vzhledem k tomu, že u nás bydlí tři dlouhovlásky.

After rebooting and cleaning the sensors, it sometimes works for a while, but not permanently. According to user forums, Roborock unfortunately suffers from this - the sensors are poorly sealed and can become infected from the inside by dust or moisture. I have already sent the robot to Alza twice for a complaint, but unfortunately the service always turns the robot on for 30 minutes, says it works and rejects the complaint. So unfortunately a big disappointment. For that kind of money, I would expect more quality and customer support.
