The bag is great, although the space will not replace a proper backpack, but it is enough for carrying to the city or packing for a few days. It reliably fits a laptop with charger, mouse, external computer, mobile phone, set of cables and reducers, additional keyboard and graphic tablet. and still have a little space for a few other things (like an umbrella, small bag, tissues, etc. ). Packing stuff for a 4-day summer bike trip is not a problem either, although here it is better to throw in some extra bag for bulky stuff (jacket, pocket) and food/drink. Where it could be improved is the reinforcement/protection of the bottom (add some thicker durable material to the folding side so that the bag doesn't get so dirty and rub off. Or. It would not be a bad idea to add a molle system, for possible addition of a smaller pouch for other, quickly accessible small items (for example a first aid kit). Overall it's a great bag though, it has a good design even for work use and looks well made (time will tell). Price/performance ratio very good. I can recommend it. Btw. They could market multiple colors to meet individual needs (like brown or beige for the outdoors)
Lots of pockets
Can be worn over the shoulder or as a backpack
Light
All pockets padded
Quick and safe system for hanging on the carrier
Velcro with reflective lettering for possible patch
Cloak
Strap for attaching a flashlight
The hanger on the rack could be a little higher so that the pannier doesn't stick out so much on the bike
Attaching to some types of racks so that the strap doesn't catch in the wheel can be a bit tricky
