"Hello, thank you for bringing this to our attention. The RLL 676 bulb has a chromaticity temperature of 4000K, which is neutral white. The description on Alza is incorrect in this case, and I will pass this on to be corrected. The bulb is fitted with a switched IC driver with current regulation, so it definitely shouldn't flicker when functioning correctly. If it is indeed flickering, it is likely a fault with this specific unit. In that case, please make a claim for the bulb. Thank you and we apologise for the inconvenience."
