After two years of use, the surface had deteriorated so much that the Teflon coating had begun to peel off. I never used anything metal or sharp in the pot, always just plastic boiling pots. Unfortunately the site says the finish will last a lot and will NEVER peel.
If I had this pot again, I'd probably have to go into it with just silicone boils, but I'm afraid it would still get scratched. So after two years, the product is almost unusable unless you want to have chunks of Teflon in your food.

After asking the manufacturer's support if they had other versions of the pot than Teflon (because we didn't want to risk it peeling again), they offered a free replacement. Allegedly a mistake on the supplier's part and that they are now doing it themselves. But they insist on sending you the defective pot, even if you are able to prove that you bought the Remoska.
You wouldn't think of storing a faulty pot at home that is a health hazard. Nearly 4,000 kroner thrown out the window.
I understand that they are not obliged to offer a replacement after warranty, but if they do offer it, a 15% discount as an alternative to buying a replacement in their e-shop when you have thrown away the faulty pot is somewhat ridiculous.

I bought 26.11. 2023, and I had to fix it. That's why I want to warn others. If your Remoska handle starts to "wobble" significantly, it is on the verge of failure. Due to the high clearance, the wire from the heating coil broke. This one is nailed to the spiral, so soldering is not an option. With a little improvisation, it can be fixed cheaply. Therefore, I recommend that if there is more clearance between the handle and the lid, send it to a service centre - it is a matter of tightening the four nuts inside the lid, by which the lid is attached to the handle. It's a pity that the manufacturer saved money, four "spring" pads would have been enough.
