I'm not a small guy but can't find a comfortable grip on this dumbbell - handle is too wide for a full grip! Only after adding some tape it started to more or less comfortable to use. Definitely not the best choice.
it is big and heavy dumbbell!
handle is too wide - not comfortable to grip it
due to size and grip problem many of exercises are not too comfortable to do with this dumbbell
