I have been looking for a successor to the DAV2 mini for a long time, until I found it. Razer must have named it something so stupid that I searched for about a year. I've been looking for a really long time and have tried everything from Chinese mice to other different brands. Razer just fits me the best and probably will for a long time. Unlike the DAV3 it doesn't feel as hollow, the plastic feels quite good in the hand although I would appreciate the grip tapes from the razer so it's nothing that would put me off buying one. It's a bit of a shame that it doesn't have the same sensor as the classic DAV3 (Focus 30K -DAV3 / Focus 26k DAV3 hyperspeed), but I don't feel the difference when playing. If you want more than 1000Hz polling rate, you need to get a hyperpolling rate dongle, but 1000Hz for gaming is more than enough and until we have 500Hz monitors, so it will probably be enough, while at 1000Hz the mouse lasts up to 100 hours, which is great. The charging cable slides fairly deep into the mouse and holds up well enough so that when charging quickly, you hardly even feel that it's there and don't have to worry about disconnecting.
