With this cable absolutely great, no problems (but so far quite short), it goes 4K / 120 Hz, 144 Hz unfortunately does not go via HDMI. Total satisfaction! IMPORTANT NOTICE! SOMEONE WROTE HERE THAT THE INNER BENDING RADIUS CAN BE 7.5 MM. THIS IS COMPLETE BULLSHIT, IN THE MANUAL THE MINIMUM INNER RADIUS (R) OF THE BEND IS 40 MM, THE INNER DIAMETER OF THE BEND (D) IS AT LEAST 80 MM. THESE ARE GLASS FIBERS THAT WORK VERY WELL WITH MAXIMUM TRANSMISSION QUALITY, BUT BENDING THEM TOO MUCH WILL EASILY BREAK THEM!
Works great and seamlessly to connect a MacBook PRO and a 43", 144 Hz monitor (for HDMI for 4K max 120 Hz).

I had a 5 meter AlzaPower AluCore Premium HDMI 2.1 cable where I had a problem with cable interference. Sometimes there was frequent loss of connection and in extreme cases the picture flashed 5 times a minute.
