How can this be in the TOP 4? It's the worst wall chaser. Let's start with the "ergonomic design". I'm not sure if the person who designed it ever actually used it, but the angle of the handle with the switch is very uncomfortable (and I'm being polite). The moment you place the machine against the wall, the handle is already at almost a 45° angle to it. When you push the chaser to its maximum cutting depth of 45mm, your wrist is completely twisted. It's impossible to cut below waist level with it. The switch is brutally stiff and has a shallow travel; you need strong fingers, otherwise it just keeps switching off. Just relax your finger slightly and it turns off, which is easy to do with such an uncomfortable handle. Cutting straight lines – that might just be me, but it's hard to follow a straight line. The guide mark is tiny, and if the machine is just a little bit higher, you can't see it anymore. And God forbid you go a little crooked – it's so underpowered that if you deviate slightly from the disc's axis, it just shuts off. So, for a 2.5m cut, I had to do it in about 7 goes. It's worth noting that I was cutting with the included discs, and they might have been worn. I have nothing to compare its weight to, but it seems quite heavy to me. When you add up all these flaws – the handle angle, the stiff trigger, the weight – cutting low to the ground or horizontally is absolute hell. Changing the discs is also hell. The disc guard is on a spring, so if you want to unscrew the locking nut, you have to push the guard down as if you were cutting. But there's no lock, so you have to keep pushing the whole time. And to loosen the nut, you have to lock the motor with a button on the other side, so you really need a third hand because you just can't reach the locking button. The spanner for loosening the nut simply bent (yes, I was turning it the right way) because the spacer rings between the discs have grooves that the spanner kept slipping into. I couldn't use a different spanner because the hole spacing on the nut is larger than for a 125mm grinder and smaller than for a 230mm grinder.
