After a week of them delaying the delivery time every day, I wrote to support to find out when it would actually arrive. They told me they couldn't say and that if I wanted, they could cancel my order. I was expecting some compensation or an apology, but absolutely nothing came. For 5 short messages, I had to wait an hour in the support chat because I was waiting about 15 minutes for each reply, which I also don't understand. Well, I used to be completely satisfied with Alza and was overly enthusiastic, but after this experience, I don't even want to order from Alza anymore. I understand that an order can be delayed, that's completely normal, but the awful attitude really got to me.
A real hit

all the tins were dented and scratched, only good for opening and throwing away.
it would be a nice tin packaging for display
I can't write the negatives truthfully. Alza rejects them.
