PS5 like PS5, everybody knows what to expect, but the rest is an unfunny joke.
1. controller attempt 1: first I've got had plastics not aligned properly and on one side of controller bottom piece with sharp edge was scratching palm from inside
2. controller attempt 2: returned first, got another one, this one had plastics aligned better, no longer scratching, but now has both analog joysticks making a popping/clicking noise whenever moved. its like popping bubble foil.
3. PSN account creation v1: somehow sony managed to make something as simple as creation of an account, able to fail. If you are lucky everything will go well, if you are unlucky and page will timeout for a moment or has other problem, then good luck. It will lock your user id (online id), so you can't try to register again using same user id. you can try registering using different user id and change it later (but not too quickly, as your original user id will be lock for hours/days/god knows how long. And it normally costs 200czk)
4. PSN account creation v2: tried creating account once again, first one was on phone, second on console, this time on PC, form still is being stuck
