Besides, I chopped it up because I already have the nerve and didn't want to wait a month for a claim. So I'm going to order it again, there's nothing better yet despite all the cons. It's a shame it doesn't have wireless charging like their sonic toothbrushes. It's a shame they couldn't put a normal button on there and instead wanted to make a "modern impression" at the cost of quality. The diaphragm locks and you can't push the button again. Sorry for all the grammatical errors, I'm typing this from my cell phone and don't have time to read it in order and think about it. I have to clean up this crap I have all over my bathroom. Good thing I live alone. Otherwise the neighbors would think I murdered someone.
quality product / robust workmanship
changing heads is easy
after 3 months, the device started shutting itself down every time it started up. All LEDs flashed for 10s. Nothing in the manual or support. It helped to pour boiling water over the lid but the next day it started to fail again and again. (It's not a faucet) Well, when I got mad I chopped it up against my bathroom. That's why I write rugged, it's lasted a lot. they could make a vault out of it, literally.
Do not leave water on the on/off button. I accidentally did it once and the button could not be pressed anymore. So I tried to break it out and it's holding Ted in there very tight! There's a membrane underneath.
You can't get all the water out of the water container through the side opening, you have to unscrew the whole thing. Since we all want to get our teeth done as soon as possible, it's the kind of thing you get annoyed and don't enjoy doing. The water doesn't leak out because there is a depression inside. so they're circling the hole.
Before I could chop it up, the sockets started jamming in the top cap, the jagged little wheel where. are retracting. It's got 4 paws inside and they're stuck on the dulek that's on each head. so it only went in and not out. I had to break them out with pliers. which was the first time I ever found out the top cap could be opened. it's got paws. so if you grab the head and pull, you'll take it out, but beware the warranty
the toothed wheel allows the toothbrush to be pushed in only in one position. So when you get a little bit of a wobble, twist the head around until you find the hole. In the morning when you are sleepy or in the evening when you are almost asleep it is a really unpleasant experience.
Charging is solved awkwardly, right above the container is a shell that covers the usb c. It can just be completely and utterly easy to forget to close it before you go to brush your teeth again after charging. Which would literally destroy this September.
lack of support and documentation, in case of my glitch no one was able to advise me and even in the Chinese/English manual I it is nothing. For fun, when on Philips open the English manual. there's only a title in English. The rest is in Chinese script.
if the head is not inserted properly, there is not enough current and water flows sideways
it's gonna take a while to tame that snake, it's gonna start spraying your whole bathroom
it stops itself after about 20 seconds for 2 seconds, and then switches on again after a second or two. I guarantee you'll take it out of your mouth at that moment to see what's going on. in my case, it was spraying in my eye and all over the bathroom. Utter stupidity and inconsideration.

If someone is bothered by sensitive interdental spaces, they have probably found help with this device. Judging by the feedback, probably everyone has been through it, but cleaning in the first week means splashing the bathroom with water: -), but after a week it is managed without any problems.
Very handy thing for between the teeth
Even after cleaning with a sonic brush, this mouth shower washes away impurities
A much better and gentler option than a toothpick

No replacement F1 nozzles in the whole country !
It is easy to handle, even if you have small hands.
More hygienic than the previous model, which is no longer in production
More comfortable on teeth and gums than the previous model.
Very easy to use - no mess if you are careful
The nozzle has a whole storage space inside the device, so it easily fits into any mirror cabinet
Battery life 2 weeks, USB charging.
It is absolutely ABSURD to sell a product that requires at least six months of nozzle replacement (F1 and F3 are included), but then only sell a replacement F3 nozzle! We couldn't find F1 nozzles anywhere in the Czech Republic! Unless you can't use the F3 rubber nozzle for health reasons (like millions of other people! ), you'll need to order the F1 nozzle from the UK or another country with shops that actually had the foresight to provide their customers with the correct replacement parts. Same story if you don't have a latex allergy but just prefer a standard F1 nozzle (like my husband). At the very least, all shops should display this information so that customers can buy something different. (Sorry for my Czech, I'm not Czech. )
