Bought for my wife as a Christmas present. We have never had an electric toothbrush before and I was quite worried that it would be an inappropriate gift, but it really surprised and delighted, we both use it and it is really luxurious. If you have never had an electric toothbrush, you will be very pleasantly surprised. I am glad I chose this model. I recommend it!

Charging cup also, here Philips should improve a lot to not give the impression that it is disposable. In the set of the same toothbrush with shower is a perfect case and a charging glass. I was very disappointed by this, Philips can do it, but they are pointlessly saving in the wrong place.
Terrible experience - the product is very unfriendly to the gums. Poor quality hard bristles even on supposedly premium heads. TAKE CARE! - Cannot be returned within the 14-day statutory period if you unpack the product. I definitely do not recommend not to buy - a great advertising massage, but the product does not match it at all.

I've been using Philips Sonicare for several years now, and for me, it's probably the best toothbrush compared to the competition. I can't recommend it enough. The only problem I see is that with the DiamondClean, you get an induction charger with a sort of plastic cup, so it's not compatible with the non-DiamondClean travel charger that has the pin. Personally, this really bothers me. For travelling, you just take the charging pin and put it on, whereas the DiamondClean doesn't have the option to use the charger for the non-DiamondClean version. Be aware of this.

The sonic toothbrush from Philips is just brilliant, you won't want another. Just two days on a business trip, travelling light with a regular toothbrush, and you can really tell the difference. After coming home to the Philips, my teeth are happy and I feel great and fresh. I can't imagine going on holiday without it!

Unfortunately, this is the second time I've had to make a complaint. After a few months, the buttons for selecting the cleaning mode and intensity froze, so the brush could only be switched on/off. It's a great shame for such a fantastic product; this recurring fault is ruining the Philips brand's reputation. Hopefully, the second complaint will be resolved to my satisfaction soon. For the first complaint, Alza exchanged it for a completely new package without any fuss! Although I'm listing it under minuses here, I rate that as a plus :-)!
