We’re sorry that the teats aren’t suitable for you. The Natural Response range of teats work differently from traditional teats. Milk does not flow out of them automatically when the bottle is turned upside down, but only when the baby is actively suckling. This system is designed to mimic breastfeeding as closely as possible and allow the baby to drink, swallow and breathe at their own pace. Flow rate 1 (0m+) is also the slowest option in the entire range and is designed primarily for newborns or babies who prefer a very slow milk flow. If your baby is struggling whilst feeding, is restless or is taking milk very slowly, it may be worth trying a teat with a higher flow rate.
