After two weeks of use, it started changing programmes by itself. This lasted for almost a week and then it died, just like me after a marathon. We bought a cheaper Philips Hydra and after a week the power button is on its way out. As a bonus – it's started changing programmes. I suspect Alza will have my 5k for a few weeks until the complaints for both items are sorted. Because a thirty-day complaints process for Philips – I applaud and take my hat off to such poor products. At least the bottle warmer is working. For now.
