Satisfaction so far. We have used another brand product before, but this one is better in comparison, even though it doesn't have the sterilization feature. The previous one stopped working after a few months, hopefully this one will last longer.
An ill-conceived heater with complicated operation and unpredictable results.
It does not heat to the desired temperature, but estimates the heating by a minute. Mum has to watch different times for different types of bottles, the amount of milk and whether she heats it cold from the fridge or at room temperature.
The rotary knob for adjusting the amount of heated milk is therefore just for annoyance. Often it is too cold or, on the contrary, hot.
It heats through the water, which you have to top up exactly to the level of the milk. No more. No less. But the cover is made of opaque plastic, so you can't see the surface. The instructions in the manual make this step look like a silly joke.
None of this is written in the product description on the e-shop, on the contrary, they boast about "intelligent sensors", "ease of use", "even heating", etc. The reality is very different. However, you will only find out after purchase from the user manual.
