Attention, I do not charge the battery. If you want to carry the watch, you have to either constantly change the batteries or charge the batteries in an external charger and change them in the watch.

We have an older model of this baby monitor, (we probably got or bought an older one) which we have been very happy with, but which has recently started to malfunction. I've repaired the power capsule of a children's unit before and we didn't have one for the parent unit at all, so we only used battery power and the battery life wasn't very long. Anyway, as long as it worked, it worked reliably and so the choice (even after reading reviews of other manufacturers) was clear. And so far there is nothing to complain about - see pros and cons.
It's working as it should.
the baby unit is really sensitive and picks up sound well
the volume of the parental unit more than sufficient.
The parent unit can be powered by both a mains adapter and batteries.
power adapters for both units are included.
nice size of both units
nothing at the moment
perhaps only the less flexible power adapter cable, which "trains" a little with the parent unit. It's much lighter than the older model
