I wanted a humidifier that wouldn't make white dust. While every ultrasonic humidifier does this by design (unless you pour distilled water into it), this model comes with a demineralization cartridge to descale the water and eliminate white dust. Unfortunately, even if I don't have the hardest water, the demineralization is not sufficient and the white dust is everywhere anyway. In addition, air easily enters the demineralization cartridge and then floats freely in the tank. The humidifier has the option to turn off the sounds so it doesn't beep annoyingly when you press any button. Unfortunately, it doesn't remember this setting and reactivates the sounds every time it's turned off and on again (even when turned off to stand-by mode only without unplugging it), so when I go to turn it on for the night, it annoyingly beeps at the whole bedroom. The Air+ mobile app often stutters when running in the background and won't connect to the humidifier until I kill it and restart it. It doesn't connect to Google or Apple smart home, it only supports Alexa.
