The first thing that annoyed me was finding out that it is a metal+plastic combination, which is contradicted in the product specification in the e-shop, where the material is supposedly only metal. The plastic moving part has a rather large clearance on the guide rod, which fundamentally and unnecessarily degrades the product. The cutting blade is not perfectly straight and does not stand out for its sharpness, so you will not get hurt when cleaning, but you will have a problem when trying to cut, for example, hard salami. The cut width indicator is for information only (plus or minus 2mm). The slicer is a little noisier.
