The product itself looked nice and seemed to be of decent quality. But I didn't even get a chance to try it out, because it was delivered to Alzabox without any packaging and completely dirty. Given that this is a CHILDREN’S product, this is absurd and unacceptable. This is the third time I’ve ordered a children’s product that arrived open and without its packaging, and was delivered to a dirty Alzabox. Please, Alza, do better in future.
