Although two options are captured safely. waist, either in the middle if you have trousers, or on the sides of the thighs if you have a skirt/dress, I am comfortable with fastening only on the sides. I' ve seen reviews that it' s only for very small thighs, I don' t really understand that, the seat belt can be pulled out quite a bit and everything will adjust accordingly. I' m not skinny and it' s perfectly comfortable. It occurs to me that some women fasten it in all three places at once, but that' s why it' s not there. It' s either or or. It bothers me that it is pulled between the thighs and, as I wrote, I only fasten it on the sides, whether I wear a dress or pants.
