The first set-up of the carrier was easy. But it's not true that you don't need tools for it, you need a tie-down knife and a Phillips screwdriver to attach the license plate frame.
The carrier attaches easily to the ball. But the carrier is quite heavy to handle. The wheels hold well after mounting, the whole carrier moves a little.
I had a problem mounting a larger bike (29" size L mountain bike) in the position closest to the trunk of the car, the mounting bar is too short. I had to use the middle position. Luckily I was only carrying two bikes, when I need to transport three bikes I'm not sure how I'll stack them.
Too bad the carrier lights aren't LED, it would look better.
