I bought in order to try to seal up a dripping heater. It was fine when cold, but as soon as it warmed up and the pressure increased, it started dripping in the cut areas. I didn't know exactly where the water was coming from and where to apply the glue, so I applied it around the trimmed part of the heater. Access was very difficult and the application of the adhesive was certainly not ideal, but the seal achieved the desired result. I glued it on about 2 months ago, we've been drowning regularly every day since and not a drop, so great. For similar cases I definitely recommend it.
