It is classic Contact Adhesive, and "Chemopren Footwear" is highly misleading, so forget about gluing leather, for example. The glue soaks into it, so you have to use more of it, which makes the leather stiffer, and then the bond isn't as flexible, plus it doesn't hold very well. Sole and rubber are OK, but "ordinary" contact adhesive is enough for that. At most, you can glue leather to a sole, where flexibility isn't as critical, but with this glue, you can forget about gluing leather-to-leather joints.
